Day 4: Exhausted...

Still have the rest of the day to go and I'm already exhausted. Jon has started doing double workout days, but I don't think I can keep up with that. Between personal training and having a life I don't think I have the energy or the time to do that consistently. Well, besides the little bit of cardio I try to do at night. Diet has been good today: banana, 2 scoops protein, fish oil, brocolli and chicken breast. Fulfilling my sugar cravings with some Diet Mug Root Beer.

I'm anxious to see how I do this weekend since that's when I do the REAL damage. If there is any damage done, it will definitely be reflected on the scale - that's for sure. I've been weighing in every morning at the same time so things should be pretty consistent. I don't normally recommend people weigh themselves everyday, but it's just something I personally like to do and I know (from experience) that I won't freak if there aren't any changes. On to the present:: this morning I weighed in at 189 - that's 4 lbs down from when I started!

Here's a graph of my weight loss over the past 4 days along side my calorie intake (today's calorie intake is guestimated). I'm surprised by how much weight I'm losing and I pray that this isn't just a fluke.

Well, I'm in desperate need for a nap right now. Will check in later tonight!
