Wow, let's never speak of that weekend again. Every chance I had to make a good food decision, I pretty much failed and chose unwisely. The worst was when I stepped onto the scale on Monday and saw a horrible 6lb weight gain just over the span of 2 days (3 days counting Friday's mishaps - since I weigh myself in the morning). Undoubtedly, most of that is water weight, but it's pretty obvious looking at my charts that my weight directly coincides with how much I eat - exercise remaining the same.
Can you see the connection? Today's (18th) log not completed.I've been incredibly busy the past couple days, but I'm not letting that excuse stop me from getting my own workouts in and keeping on top of my diet & nutrition logging. In fact, it seems that my diet, exercise and logging is the worst when I'm NOT busy! Weird huh? Keep it up people!
Another friendly reminder not to obsess over weight! I know what I'm doing ;) Now that my diet is back on track I hope to keep it like this for the rest of the week. Chicken breast, broccoli, protein shake and water here I come!
