Personal Training and Dieting

Personal training and dieting go hand in hand. Hell, working out and personal training go together too! As a personal trainer in Irvine, I spend a TON of time in the gym training my clients and not nearly enough time training myself. Let's face it, after going through hours of other people's workouts, it's hard to keep the intensity up for your own!

Cardio: what I should be doing

Lately my workouts have been pretty mediocre; the standard, 15 reps, rest, more weight less reps, rest. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not proud of myself and that I probably couldn't even hang with my clients! But starting today, everything is changing. Why? Because I'm going to Hawaii in 20 days.

Hawaii, wait for me!!!

That's 20 days to get as shredded as possible. 20 Days to see if this Irvine personal trainer can personal train himself into the best shape possible given the time period. AND, I don't even know what my body is capable of in 20 days. It'll be an interesting experiment, given I don't screw it all up and down a Double-Double In-N-Out Burger!

I'm keeping this blog to stay accountable and so I can go to Hawaii knowing I did everything I could to look my best on my last beach vacation of the summer (and my first time in Hawaii, wooo!)
