So what do I have to work with? Back from Hawaii I was an expected, 5-8lbs heavier and likely lost a bit of muscle. These past few weeks have been the worst though. Lack of protein and overintake of carbs & fats have caused my body to go into fat storage, kill muscle mode. This week I'm concentrating on a VERY low carb diet after carb loading this entire weekend. We'll see if I'm able to get any strength gains this week, but so far my bench has been weak for how much I've been eating.
