Eat fat, lose weight?

I've actually been pretty on point with my new extreme diet. After Hawaii I knew I wanted to try something different and I knew I had the discipline now to stick with whatever I chose. What I decided was a modified high fat/high protein. Basically carb cycling with 60% carb/40% protein on no carb days.

If you're wondering what this means, it means I've been eating steak/bacon/oil/cheese/fats like crazy while avoiding every kind of carb possible, including nuts and anything bean related. I can't wait until this weekend when I go on a 2 day, high carb/high protein/low fat diet! http://bit.ly/2Kdxjk
